We know a CR is most likely near, as funding is low, and I wouldn't be surprised to see a 1 for 10 consolidation to go with the CR, . That would then give a reasonable share structure moving forward.
It would certainly kill the games bring played , the market manipulation and the endless new lower highs being achieved each time
So given that on a 1 for 10 consolidation you may see your 32 cents.
Just study the lower highs on the chart @Chris2184 it's quite evident if you want to look at those .
