I think they'll be doing everything they can to get the options into the money and the only way that will happen is if they announce something that confirms funding until the interim readout. I don't see how they can actually start the trials without confirming the funding so I would be expecting an announcement soonish, I can't see how they can wait until December. I'm fairly sure that the implication of the imminent announcement was related to funding, you would also have expected tax loss selling to have started by now but people seem reluctant to sell. Not advice
