Hey Boysy, you maybe in a similar OEL NZ shareholder position at me?
Have you had experience with the NZs IRD accepting the AU ATO rulings within NZ ?
Or do we need to go "cap in hand" to our IRD and ask on each occasion?
The Cap return portion should be tax free in NZ, I would like to believe.
