Yes, assuming they would have kept everyone in the loop when drilling started, finished, and progress along the way RE the submission - looks like they missed the deadline (15th May).
Which in their current situation is good, because the last thing we need is to gamble away what limited money they have left - they wouldn't be able to afford to keep the lights on until they get the $300k reimbursement.
However no excuse as they've had over 12 months to get 2 holes done and when they were in a better cash position early last year (or at least, much better sentiment to easily raise the required funds).
Waiting for the bullshit "weather" excuse announcement to come any week now.
