Government will shortly have 3 weeks to let the court know if they wish to continue to fight this case. ( and have everyone see their dirty laundry )
Or they can head straight to mediation I believe.
Part of me wants to see the dirty laundry. ( I just cannot see them doing it )
Surely the quicker they get into mediation the better look that would be for them.
Imagine on the last day they say ok we will now go to mediation.
They cannot be that arrogant surely ?
