ZIP has significantly underperformed compared to Sezzle. This underperformance stems largely from ZIP’s poor execution in funding its expansion, which led to repeated shareholder dilution through numerous capital raises and the redemption of convertible notes. Fundamentally, there is something wrong with ZIP on the ASX. If orange man opens his mouth again, I will not rule out $1 again.
