hedges are what they are. Its easy to whine about them when the price has moved up, and as Exised mentioned they had large capex outlays and hedges will be rolling off naturally from about now.
nst is about a third hedged which if they are short term committments (of 12 months) i really dont mind re hedging every year. at worst youll be a year behind spot price on 1/3 production.
long dated committments without a distinct purpose are foolish imo, particularly when they are a large part of your production profile (looking at you BGL and RRL of many years ago).
