1. "that which is flesh is flesh.....that which is spirit is spirit"
.......this clearly shows they are distinct, and do not share in the same substance. This shows that flesh is born of nature and spirit is not.
2. "it is sown a natural body and raised a spiritual body"
I know you will focus on the word "body" to try to twist a fleshly body into this, and completely ignore the fact that it is a SPIRITUAL body, and spiritual things do not share in the same substance as flesh or natural bodies. The focus is on the spiritual, and how Paul contrasts this with natural bodies.
He also contrasts this clear difference by saying "heavenly bodies" and "earthly bodies" Again heaven is not earth and earth is not heaven. They do not share in the same substance.
This confirms Paul to be in line with 1 Peter 3:18
