On timelines slipping – Sure, delays happen. But when timelines continuously “slide” with limited explanation, you have to question whether it's just misfortune or mismanagement. Wanting something done isn't the same as executing it. If SM truly wanted it “done and dusted” then either he overestimated his ability to deliver, or the situation is far more complex than they’ve publicly admitted — both deserve scrutiny.
On PPSA – Agree to an extent. PPSA may restore confidence, but only if it’s followed by tangible progress. Until then, it’s just more narrative.
