yep but to expand to where the market is currently pricing it for- it needs a capital raise similar to DROs last year of $120m(Obviously theres will be less as its a smaller business- say $30m may be required)
Currently, and before any manufacturing expansion, Elsighthas hardware production capacity to support approximately US$70 million in annual sales to support furtherorders from existing customers, and additional pipeline growth. $70m x 15% EBITDA margin and 10% NPAT margin = $10MUSD = $15M AUD, its market cap was $200m.
Market cap now is at the level where expansions are needed. it will need a raise.
