So there is a valuation of $1.62 billion in valuation with a federal govt loan of $1.6 billion and a very large financial obligation for rehabilitation of not only the mine on which they stand BUT Jennings Farm.. the costs are enormous.. shareholders don't want to think about that now do they? noooo
