Probably worth having a look at this IPO of a specialist in land lease communities. I like this kind of business model (thread about it in Aspen).
There are several listed companies in this sector : Aspen (APZ), Ingenia (INA) and Lifestyle (LIC). LIC is the only one which is specialised in land lease communities (in Victoria). The 2 other ones are more diversified.
