It would mean that Total made the first move and put money on the table to get a share of Mopane. And this will force the other oil companies like Chevron, Exxon, Agip, BP, Petrobras, Qatar Energy, who else ... to move as well. Waiting can be devastating. But in this particular PCL Saturn case I suggest that we should enjoy the waiting game, like a poker player who got very good cards.
