I am perplexed as you are. I can only put this down to a lack of visibility IMO. Buy depth is poor with only 160K shares or < $100K (caveat: depth can be very misleading and prone to manipulation).

However, I grow more comfortable with Mongolia every passing day (and positive media attention) from seeking help from Australia as it's "third neighbour" to pub brawls over signing banking deals!
