    A group of Sydney businessmen who paid $1 million to explore a ?remnant? coal mining area 14 months ago has struck a deal to sell the company for $500 million ? yet another big, fast deal in the ?mining boom.

    This is amazing, I googled Richard Poole and got this. Before we get too excited it is for WEC.
