A growing and aging population. The vultures are circling. Hospitals aren’t cheap to build and last time I checked property prices only go up in Australia. Healthscope selling up in a fire sale. Tax loss selling. Check the NTA. When the dust settles on this I reckon we will all be laughing. Fear is an opportunity for those that don’t just follow the crowd.
