    Very strange.

    You could read into it that local governments in Greenland have no cash reserves and live week-to-week on Danish handouts.

    Does the Danish Government not give Greenland a lump sum each year or do they release funds on a slow drip feed so that public servants don't blow it all at once on flash new snowmobiles.
