@kingy I wonder what their motivation is? Yes, we would like to feel safer, but the facts are so obvious - apart from what I already observe in my 'garden' and closer environment, namely less and less rain, drier summers, drier winters;
anyone watching any of the nature series by various people, Attenborough in particular, would know about the plight of the ice bears, the walruses, running out of ice, finding less and less 'land' (i.e. ice) to hunt/live on -
can see the 100m walls of ice collapsing into the sea, can hear his warning that loss of the ice-capped pole, reduces the reflective capacity of via its white snow-covered poles to reduce the heating of our earth by the sun and thus contribute to more warming and damage to our environment? I do wonder why they spread that false message of 'good news'? Are they suicidal for humanity as a whole?
