I'd say that it's pretty obvious that you aren't familiar with farming in Tassie.
One year in Tassie - as usual for where I lived barring late summer - I was in green green green fields - nothing unusual and a bloke drove up my driveway - he was a Queensland farmer and he said, I had to have a look - I've never seen anything like this amount of feed and I've driven all the way from Qld.
Well, that was normal - what would NOT be normal would be to have brown - after winter..
It would be something like being in Tulla or Waratah and having no rain for 2 years or in Liawenee and never going under 15 degrees in winter -
THAT, would be different.
