@CBAre you seriously that daft? It's blindingly obvious that the user was banned, as all of their posts have been moderated, and they cannot be looked up on this forum anymore.
Don't wrongfully accuse me of being responsible for this other account, as this is completely unfounded and is something which I could ACTUALLY pursue you over from a legal standpoint. Conversely, how would this spam account owner have obtained an image of yourself, if said image wasn't publicly accessible and easily linked to your existing username on the internet? Your "Privacy Act" statement is laughable and you must know it. Here's an idea - why don't you submit a FOI Request to obtain their identity?
