It's NOT a "chat", and I didn't receive an email, as I didn't give it to, what I thought should be, an information giving chat box, and not an information gathering one. Hopefully, there will be changes made in time, they are still setting up and I like the MD. It is, after all, the first port of call with the company, it should be "personal" i.e. a modern Digital Human (of your own choice), speaking as, and looking like, a real human, fluently speaking 60 languages, with ALL the answers, 24/7.
