Right so they're forecasting 9 months of detailed design. Does anyone know if any of that design programme has been started on? Or did it all go on hold?
There's a few flaws in the relationship links here. You need detailed design completed then IFC before starting construction. IFC is usually another month at least after DD. IFC missing completely from this schedule. Its also showing construction starting month 6. DD not finished until month 9. Needs a bit of work.
I'd estimate 12 months from re approval to starting earthworks if no detailed design has been started.
