Guys I thought exactly the same thing when seeing Twiggy on the news.
The only explanation I can think of is that ASIC wants to make it a high profile case, so as to justify their existence.
Would the media report or care about ASIC going after a minnow like CVI or a nobody like mark sMYTH? ASIC knows he's a crook, they know what he's done.
