yes, it’s the 18 months bit that bothers me. Either the mill was in a much worse way than expected, or the costs to add the gold circuit have blown out. It seems like a lack of urgency, but that would be hard to justify - or understand.
If it was the first (crap condition) Hallam has some explaining to do.
