Hard to say.
I imagine there's 2 bidders who think it's worth more than $0.91 (significantly enough that their offer would get enough acceptances), and that they're in the market to buy (having enough cash/equity, and no other existing demands for their cash).
If they offered $1.00, it would be a waste of everybody's time, as they wouldn't get many acceptances.
So I imagine $1.10-1.50.
