Actually, no muppet here — but nice try.

Every AISC I listed is in AUD. You’d know that if you followed the reports from Gold Fields, Northern Star, IGO, Karora and others — or just looked at their investor presentations. They publish AISCs in their reporting currency, which for Australian operations is AUD.

    Quick facts:

    * St Ives: Gold Fields reports in USD globally, but Australian ops are often referenced in AUD by analysts.
    * KCGM: Northern Star reports in AUD.
    * Gruyere: Gold Road’s figures are in AUD.
    * Higginsville: Karora’s Aussie costs are converted to AUD in quarterly reports.
    * Even Brightstar’s scoping study uses AUD throughout.

You’re mixing currencies without checking the source — that’s the real “copy-paste slop”.

And even if we humour your theory and convert everything to USD, Munda still looks bad. At \$2,635 AUD/oz, that’s about \$1,740 USD/oz — still well above global averages and behind every major Aussie producer.

So AUD or USD — doesn’t matter. Munda’s expensive. Do your homework next time.
