Guys, just to clarify. A cap raising doesn't have to be a bad thing if it's minimal and not steeply discounted so I don't want to come off as too cynical.

SVL ran a small $2M CR @ 23c when the sp was 28c. Worked perfectly and gave them much needed capital to accelerate their drilling and expedite production.

It does however make me EXTREMELY suspicious that the price dropped from 32c on great news, to 26c. CR are based on VWAP over the prior X.. number of trading days and you can imagine how OVR mgmt would have looked if the sp was trading at 40c today and the CR was issued at 20c (which is around about what I think they will go for)
