Good point Amazed but there will be a carbon price sooner than later which will spore a new set ways to reduce pollution. ECT are in top spot for this but the Liberals couldn't care less about pursuing a greener Victoria and ESI are not proactive enough to lobby the state government. That is why they have been picking the low fruit of Asia and Poland. It's all teaser stuff to get CR done and extend the dream of shareholders and pay-packets.
