A lot of those women from the 1950s who are now in their 80s have dyed their hair blue now , have tattoos on their calf muscles and back , and are on their third or fourth husband .
I notice them in the community pool every morning when I go swimming , while their grand-daughters who occasionally accompany them look and act demure like the lady with the photo at the start of this thread.
Doubt society has changed that much deep down, we have just got older and are not smelling the roses .like we use to .
