How did that conflict with what I said about my support for the Shah and the former Egyptian leader ? It actually explains why I support those two leaders because I do not want Egypt to fall into the hands of hardline Islamists.

Correct. If you want an example, have a study of China's history after the 1911 revolution but prior to 1949. In my opinion, China is a good example of a country where western style democracy will not work.

santoo2, you need to be a lot more coherent if you are going to ask me questions and want me to give you meaningful answers. And I do suggest to you again to read my previous posts carefully. The answers are already there in my earlier posts.
