as an example of how it can play out:
i bought first majestic after it did a scrip offer for Gatos last year .Ag price dropped from 5.30 to 4.60 after the bid, I paid 4.90 and within a month it was back over 6.00
so i will wait for the bid now and use the same strategy. It may go the other way and reward holders but right now I see the risk on the downside
