Yeah not sure what their game is, if they can creep up to 25% they can block any takeover so I guess they can use that as a negotiating tool. With fingers in many pies it’s hard to know as a holder what the strategy is. They were pretty critical of MAT management so I expect they will try to throw their weight around at board level.
Hopefully it pans out well for all shareholders, MAT will re rate significantly as they approach production I expect.
