I don't understand how PEP could have gotten to the stage of exclusivity without some sort of disclosure of discussions being underway with an unnamed party.That said Scott Didier bought a pub in Port Douglas recently, so maybe is looking forward to next chapter of his life. I think a few of these top holders will be easy to persuade to cash out, but what would I know?
