From official GPA (recorded with Seda) I read, QMR cannot make any claims against Bez if the Bau project not progress to production. There is no enforced timeframe that Bez has to return money to QMR if the mine doesn't progress to production.
For Funding, if QMR want to freeze the bank account, From ghe GPA Bez has no obligation to return the money. So the money will stay there in the trust account. Bez may raise Funds, find new GPA, or find the take over deal but how about Quantum.I don't think this scenarion will benefit Quantum at all as IMO Bau project is its last and only meaningful hope to come back from near death.
