The volume chart is not lying. Trump tariff dump caught the boys off guard. Not much volume exchanged under the “bear line” (see my SPX chart) on the down move especially. The whole idea was to bring it back above the “bear line” for an orderly exit. Wall Street does not like/tolerate unplanned moves.
