There is Depot Hill mine and Twin Hills mine that are both Dunal mines and it is impossible to mine economically due to the prohibitive rehabilitation costs.

There is Brandy Flats mine void that is an estimated 1.2 km long, 300 metres wide and 30 m deep, the costs to fill that void are enormous.

And

You are obviously aware of a significant amount of the 'monozite' ( considering it is a tailing) used as collateral for the $1.6 billion loan from the Federal Government is derived from ore that was removed and tailings not returned from Jennings Farm in Eneabba WA. This in turn means that it is stolen from Iluka's Illegal mines on Jennings Farm.

And

To return Jennings Farm to pre- mining landform THEN rehabilitate Jennings Farm to productivity exceeds the value of the company.

A company can't just mine on privately held land, rip out tens of millions of tonnes of soil, leave massive voids and think they can wipe their hands of it and NOT return to pre-mining landform and rehabilitate and there not be consequences no matter how long it takes.

In my opinion, the first action would be for a caveat be placed on the supposed 'hidden treasure' that is used as collateral, the company to call a trading halt then call in the administrators.
