Mr Brown is one of very few executives with a multi-year period running spodumene lithium operations. Additionally he has successfully executed in restarting a lithium mine. There is almost nobody else around that has that statement on their CV. Mr Brown will also have extensive contacts from his time running Wodgina and Mt Marion. These contacts will assist him to make sensible decisions around all aspects of the project. Will that be enough? Nobody truely knows. The likes of yourself and Zara would say no. For some shareholders that continue to hold (or buy in), this might be why they are.
