It is rather puzzling why Datt entered supposedly - or at least by these boards' assessment - to spill the Board and had issue with the remuneration.
Forced the price to rise then sold out heavily to one of the directors effectively at the same price he has options at, within a month of a 5M capital raise at 6c and then leaves.
OK so the Dir has payed 340k for about 3 times what options he has available to realise, and he's paid the money for it now vs in the future (wonder if he will now...) but hasn't Datt somewhat done the exact opposite of what the grounds for his entry were - rewarding the Board with cheap shares?
