Some of what is happening just seems nuts (some vax conversations, cutting cancer research etc) while other things seem to be somewhat sensible IF done with care and consideration (ultra-processed foods, over-use of pesticides, over-medicating etc) . I don't know all that much about this stuff, but it does kinda feel like there is an approach of burning down houses to renovate a bathroom and kitchen. What is interesting is that ALS is somehow flying under the radar presently so let's hope it isn't the next shiny thing they discover to create a distraction around.
