Having only just read Sneaky's excellent summation/post I add that I still think that there is a legal hitch linking the MIF and other JV partners as MIF may not be allowed to invest in certain projects here some other (not kosher as far as MIF is concerned) explorers or producers or investment banks (especially) as they are at opposing odds with each other. Good luck to us for being able to sort out this potential mess...IVZ take the charitable hand of the MIF and then it turns out that hand may bind everyone to certain parameters. Just a thought anyway.
