Hi team, voting is open, you should have got an email and there is a link to vote online through that email. Otherwise, I think the website is www.investorvote.com.au. I did mention how I voted in a previous post, but probably easy to miss it because I have been posting a lot lately.
I voted against the Tranche 2 and against the Directors involvement. I find it very unfair they are getting such a large discount and have completely ignored retail in the process. Plus, If they expect future production to bring in the big money with all the stockpiling to date, then IMO, such a large raise is not required. Maybe half of it to minimise dilution. If retail were involved I would vote yes, because we could get involved ourselves and not be diluted as much.
I highly doubt we will get the numbers to stop Tranche 2 or the directors getting a discount, because we need the institutions on board with the vote too, but a large retail block saying no, may wake them up to us being more than a walk in the park. They need to be mindful and warned that we are more than capable of voting them out if they do not start picking up their game and getting the share price moving in the right direction during this generational gold bull period.
