Sounds like that’d be a great idea but their theme seems to be flagging cap raise dates a long way in advance and then waiting until the way past the tentative date after the SP tanked in anticipation, and then raising the money at 12 month lows
swear they’ve done this exact scenario about 5 times in the last 5 years, and I’m not sure what they think the benefit is
