Share price doesn't reflect all the trouble company going through particularly the fact that no one knows how long it will go on and on and will you get second dividend or not?
residential property isn't appropriate example because you can put the tenant in to the residential property within 2 month maximum while commercial sometime goes on without tenant more then six to 12 months even !!!
The value of property is one thing and ability to service the loan is another ! The real impact we are seeing now is that retail holders who thought share price is perfect at $1 are losing out without dividend. sure they may get something if and when property issue sorted but until then they will be sleeping on couch .. !
The stock price reacts to certainty and uncertainty and currently it is in serious uncertain times otherwise David would have bought 1m shares on market to tell all of you ... how good he feels about investing at $1 in a company that hasn't paid last quarterly dividend...!
