I really don’t understand the need for personal attacks. It doesn’t do anyone any favours. We’re all just hear to learn what we can from others.
I would agree with one thing though in that there does appear to be some safety concerns with TLX591 which may or may not be considered “manageable” by FDA. The problem as I see it is when there safety issues they will be deemed to be tolerable only if there is a significant increase in efficacy. With so much competition out there in this space this is still very much up in the air.
