There are many mines both in Australia and foreign where different companies own and operate the same tenements but exploit different commodities under contract and different liability guarantees - done ever day !
The Yilgarn (Forrestania) region has more than enough aquifers and underground water to support projects !
Water saving then put a thickener in the process (mill) to recover water prior to tailings dam !
