this stock has massive rerate written all over it. China and Trump may have agreed to REE free trade but NOT Sb. CCP need all the Sb they can get internally for there own needs and lets face it they have massive amounts of REE's to export to the West. Off course CCP agree to exporting REE's they need the export dollars that come with that. Sb world wide production is in deficit by about 40k tons. RML next to PPTA with $2 billion market cap will rerate.
