I still half believe that they only intend to obtain the final prospecting right to consolidate the original WBP, and then sell the whole thing, so I wouldn't be shocked if it was a small CR to keep the lights on. But the recent interview saying finance possibly finalised in 2 weeks does suggest it could be the big one
