Bowdens ann was on the 27th and the SP did nothing for 5 days after that. Safe to say it's got nothing to do with it, particularly since that news was already expected.
You are right though that the share price action parallels the recent silver price breakout pretty well. Might just be a response to that, although I do wonder.
