220 million US lives insured equates to 63% of the population right now. This will increase further on 1 July when all States provide coverage for Ryoncil.
More than 20 transplant centers will have been onboarded by the end of the quarter. This is almost half of the 45 priority transplant centers, which account for 80% of U.S. pediatric transplants. Therefore, the run-rate for insured, paid treatment by July 2025 should be 375 (total annual candidates) x 80% x 20 / 45 = 133. Being conservative, and allowing for the likely slow build-up of administrative processes, even if only half these are treated in July, that amounts to 133 x 50% / 12 = 5.5 per month. This is between one and two new treatments started each week, a very encouraging start. We will know more by the end of July.
