yes I too went off Q&A after Jones was made redundant. it went downhill.
but I have to admit Karvellas did a reasonable job of running the discussion. I was starting to get get greater interest this year.
imo its very bad form to sack the program. sure it had its ups and downs, but its been the very best informal dialogue between voters and pollies in Aus.
I doubt the sacking of the program has been a decision in Govt. Albanese has shown respect for the independence of qangos, unlike the previous Lib Govts. so imo this is a board decision from a board full of former Murdoch Media execs.
